Q: Can you give me a quote?
A: Yes. We can send the quotation to you when the design number is provided.
Q: In which way I can get the sample?
A: The sample in A4 sheet can be free, you only need to pay the freight fee. Or you can give us the freight collect account, like the DHL,TNT......
Q: Can you do design new pattern for us?
A: We have a professional designer team to help our customer do design work.
Q: What the regular MOQ for your product?
A: Different product will have different MOQ, but for regular product, we can do it base on the quantity more than 100 rolls.
Q: What¡¯s your payment term?
A: We are regular doing 30% deposit and 70% balance payment by TT. Base on our cooperation, we also can do other payment way. If you have any specially request, you can talk with us.
Q: How does your quality control?

Q: If we don¡¯t have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?
A: We have very good relationship forwarder company, we can suggest them to you, and you will get the best shipping price, and have excellent service.
Q: I never come to China before, can you be my guide in China?
A: We can arrange our driver to pick you up from airport to our company, and to book the hotel for you. Of course, if you want to visit the market or factory, we can arrange our colleague to be your assistant.
Q: I can¡¯s speak Chinese or English, can you find one translator for me?
A: You can tell us which language you speak, we will find the translator for you, and will be together work.
Q: My package is shipping to the wrong address, can you change it?
A: Once the package ships, we are unable to alter the delivery address. You do have the option of paying for a delivery change with FedEx. Please contact us for more information. For no charge, we can ask FedEx to hold the package for customer pick up (will call).
Q: Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a pick up or will call service. Currently, all orders must be shipped to their location via FedEx.
